The company was founded in the year of 2000 during Třinecké železárny, a.s. restructuring. A special group responsible for gas work and another group specializing in pipe fitting were detached. Thus, in spite of being a relatively new company, our experience dates back to 1993 when the above mentioned two divisions were established.
With the aim to provide high quality, complex and flexible services the company has been diversified by setting up Transport and Engineering Centre and Shop Preparatory Production Center.

The company has 80 employees. The authorized capital is CZK 3 million, the stockholder’s equity amounts to CZK 39 million. The company sales are approximately CZK 100 million, the bank rating is sound. The company’s strength is its flexible organizational structure allowing flexible approach to contracts.
Qualified welders and fitters are available for steel scaffold and metal structure parts production.
The firm is equipped with modern up-to-date mobile cranes, own transport facilities and modern metal machining units. The Company cooperates with top regional companies to complete insufficient capacity.
